Modular Nitrogen Generator:
As the latest generation independently developed by HOLANG, this product adopts Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. Using clean compressed air as the raw material, it separates nitrogen from oxygen by leveraging the different adsorption capacities of carbon molecular sieves under pressure, thereby producing nitrogen of the required purity. It also integrates the advantages of membrane separation technology, combining excellent nitrogen quality with plug-and-play convenience, making it highly favored by customers.

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) – Working Principle:
Using the modular nitrogen generator as an example (see schematic diagram below):

PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology is employed, utilizing clean air as the raw material and high-quality carbon molecular sieves (CMS) as the adsorbent. By alternately pressurizing for adsorption and depressurizing for desorption in a cyclic process, continuous nitrogen generation is achieved. Meanwhile, the system absorbs the benefits of membrane separation, offering high-purity nitrogen output with plug-and-play simplicity.
