Safety Management Demonstration at HOLANG Manufacturing Site

In late December 2025, during Safety Production Awareness Week, Guoxiang Subdistrict of Suzhou organized a “Factory-within-a-Factory” Safety Management Demonstration and Observation Activity to further enhance safety management standards across local industrial parks. Officials from the Subdistrict Comprehensive Safety Office, together with members of the safety production expert panel, visited Jinsigang Phase III Industrial Park to conduct on-site observations and professional guidance for manufacturing enterprises within the park.

As a key manufacturing enterprise located in the park, HOLANG participated in the activity while maintaining normal production operations. The company presented and explained its practical approaches to on-site safety management, focusing on the actual operation of safety measures in the manufacturing environment.

Routine Management with On-Site Demonstration

During the observation, HOLANG opened its assembly area, testing area, and auxiliary operation zones to the visiting group. Focusing on key risk points within the manufacturing process, the company showcased five core routine safety management practices:

  • Standardized Equipment and Workstation Layout
Clear zoning of equipment operating areas, assembly stations, and personnel walkways was implemented to achieve effective physical separation and reduce safety risks caused by cross-operations.

  • Refined Management of Energy and Pressure Components
Prominent safety labels were applied to critical electrical points, gas supply interfaces, and pressure-related components, all of which are included in routine inspection and maintenance programs.

  • Standardized Operating Procedures
Each process is carried out strictly in accordance with established procedures, with operating requirements and safety precautions clearly displayed on-site to ensure compliant execution.

  • Visualized Safety Protection Measures
Production areas are equipped with comprehensive safety signage, protective facilities, and emergency guidance to enhance visibility and recognizability of safety measures.

  • Closed-Loop Hazard Management
A complete inspection and hazard management mechanism has been established, ensuring that potential risks are promptly identified, recorded, rectified, and verified through a closed-loop process.

It is worth noting that all safety practices presented by HOLANG are part of its daily operational routines, rather than temporary arrangements made specifically for the observation activity, reflecting the company’s practical and consistent approach to safety management.

Focusing on “Factory-within-a-Factory” Scenarios and Accountability

In response to the management challenges associated with “factory-within-a-factory” environments, HOLANG has continuously explored and implemented effective management measures. By clearly defining production area boundaries, strengthening safety responsibility at each position, and standardizing the management of subcontracted personnel and temporary operations, the company ensures clear accountability and controlled operations when multiple entities work within the same physical space.

Looking Ahead to 2026: Continuous Improvement and Steady Progress

Safety production remains the foundation of sustainable enterprise development. Moving into 2026, HOLANG will continue to build on its established safety management practices, further refining and optimizing relevant measures based on real manufacturing scenarios. Through continuous improvement and iteration, the company aims to promote long-term, stable safety operations and support high-quality development.
